What we collect when you book

Your name, email address and phone number, along with the clinic and time you chose. We use them only to manage the appointment: to confirm it, to remind you the day before, and to contact you if it has to change. We do not ask about your condition on this website — that is discussed at the appointment.

Third parties

Maps. The map is not loaded until you click "Show the map". Nothing is requested from Google, and no Google cookie is set, until you do.

Fonts. Typefaces are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address.

Clinical records

Records created during treatment are held by the practice, separately from this website, and retained in line with ISCP guidance.

Your rights

You may ask for access to, correction of, or erasure of the data we hold about you. Write to Nicholas@hqphysio.com. You may also complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
